We sent, in writing, a contract termination, which was received by their office on January 11, 2013. We agreed to pay upon invoice and they informed us that they «could not generate an invoice.» Two days later we decided to terminate the service completely, preferring to leave our multiple buildings without protection rather than dealing with their company any further. For what? We had not received any services yet. It was THEN that we started receiving repeated phone calls from the central office demanding payment. In the mean time the company agreed to cover us for $ 3/​day so our buildings would not be without protection because of their company’s incompetence. The setup was so unbelievably subpar (not to mention NOTHING even close to what we had discussed) that we called immediately to have it removed from our premises.
